$25 CVS Gift Card with Transferred Prescription
>> Monday, September 14, 2009
Normally I don't get to take part in free gift card promos, because of medical coverage restrictions on the coupon. Not today! Today I get a free $25 CVS gift card just for transferring my soon to be empty prescription from HEB to CVS. You can too.
All you need to do is either call CVS and request a prescription transfer (store locator) or simply create an account on CVS.com and transfer your prescription online (here). Then when you go to pick up your prescription, give them this coupon for a $25 CVS gift card when you transfer your prescription.
Don't have insurance? Like Walgreens, HEB, and Walmart, CVS has a generic prescription program. The enrollment fee is $10 annually. You will then be able to get 90 day supplies of your medication for $9.99, plus 10% off MinuteClinic visits! For a list of qualifying meds look here. If you are interested in enrolling in CVS/pharmacy Health Savings Pass, you can do so at the store or online here.
